Entry was smooth with the vouchers from Get Your Guide. We had some issues at the SkyDeck owing to a large private party which arrived and cut the queues for the SkyBoxes, leaving those of us with numbered tickets standing waiting. The staff didn't seem bothered by the inconvenience - we'd arrived ahead of sunset for pictures at golden hour, and our skybox pictures were in total darkness. The actual viewing platform is good, as are the Sky Boxes - you have a clock set for your time in the box for photos and are told to leave the box once time is up. The actual tower and surroundings are clean and tidy. A good experience to get a great view of the Petronas Towers.

Bit of a wait for the sky box and professional photos are not cheap (compared to other items in Malaysia). But amazing views over KL and you can stay as long as you like. Worth the walking through the garden jungle (10-20 ringgit) rather than follow the road, much more interesting.

No queues for the observation deck, unique experience in the glass box, friendly photographer making excellent pictures, well thought queuing process, but waiting time for it was quite long, we were there ariund 1 PM, it also took several hours and a phonecall to the agency to get the vouchers when we were booking this activity day in advance
